Toronto Mayor Rob Ford says it’s possible Premier Kathleen Wynne is refusing to meet with him because he helped former councillor Doug Holyday win a summer provincial by-election as a Progressive Conservative.

Wynne says that is not true: she is a busy person, and she has chosen to spend her time meeting with Deputy Mayor Norm Kelly, the man to whom city council gave most of the mayor’s traditional powers in the wake of Ford’s Novemberadmission of crack cocaine use.
